Art In Emotion 1 Month Online Workshop

Service Description

This women's group will meet 4 times per month (Wednesday's at 12p) to explore beliefs, emotions, and physical sensations using a combination of Compassionate Inquiry, IFS through creativity and color. Limit 6 women per class - Cost is for 4 sessions. Needed: Paper and something to make color with (paint, pencils, crayons, etc.) Not needed: Judgement, perceived artistic ability. Sharing our stories and creative process pieces is optional - our number one goal is safety and each persons comfort in this space.
