When it comes to finding the right Transformational Coach, asking the right questions is very important. Below you will find a compilation of the most common questions I’ve been asked about coaching and the services I provide. DO YOU OFFER A DISCOVERY OR INTAKE CALL?
Yes, after initial contact we will set up a complimentary discovery call that will last up to 15 minutes.
This call is for both of us to get to know each other and to see if we'd be a good fit.
DO I HAVE TO SHARE ABOUT MY PERSONAL LIFE IN YOUR GROUPS?
There is no requirement for sharing in our groups, there will still be great benefit. We are simply spending time with other like-minded individuals, sharing stories, listening to stories, drawing and sipping tea. This group is all about connecting and finding a bit of calm and clarity in our daily lives.
I'M NOT ARTISTIC, SO SHOULD I LOOK ELSEWHERE?
The women's group is not a class for artists, nor is it an art class. This is a small group of women sharing a safe space, all of us having similarities in our lives. We come together to explore what it means to be creative, or artistic while allowing whatever emotions arise. It's a chance to find the creativity we've always had.
