Many clients have trouble feeling their body in the early stages of this work. As a certified yoga instructor I am able to guide them into their physical sensations when they feel safe enough to do so.

IFSCA
My work is IFS (Internal Family Systems) informed, meaning I help clients access their "parts" within their system using body awareness and safe communication with client and their activated parts to access the deeper roots of what is considered a more present day issue.

An ACE is an Adverse Childhood Experience and refers to potentially traumatic events that occur in childhood. The majority of men & women in the prison system have high ACE scores. What's your score?
